This house was a fix and flip that was a back pocket deal we find at Home Depot. The previous owner was a hoarder and we bought the house in extereme distress. It required multiple dumpsters, a big rehab, and a lot of work to get it back on the market. It was on the city demo list as a fire hazard and we pulled it back from the brink of destruction and sold it for a nice profit.
