Having successful residents is all about proper screening and setting clear expectations from the first encounter. We take care of collecting rent so you don’t have to worry about rent htting your bank account or tracking down rental payments. The #1 variable to having successful rental properties is proper marketing and resident screening. When marketing your properties we syndicate to multiple rental websites, post flyers in high market areas, and provide branded signs for drive by traffic. We absolutely do not stray from our screening process and every resident is treated the same and undergoes the same process.

Our residents have the ability to submit all work orders with pictures through the resident portal. We monitor work orders daily and aim to have initially scheduled or resolved them within 72 hours. Residents also have a maintanence emergency line to call 24/7 in case of emergencies. Emergencies are deemed to be anythiing that threatens the safety or integrity the home or resident. Once work orders are completed our technician submits pictures of completed work which owners have full access to monitor.

We monitor our rental properties closely to ensure all residents stay in compliance with our lease. A mininum of a yearly inspection is performed on each property (although more usually occur) before each lease renewal to ensure your investment is being well taken care of and maintained.
