You have the right to protect your asset!

The individuals we have worked with thus far have been confused on wether or not they could take action in protecting their investments. The quick answer is yes! You have the right to secure your properties, board them up, change locks, and make them safe. A lot of the properties we have been working with are in distress and in need of immediate attention. If your properties are vacant or occupied, we recommend acting as quickly as possible and securing your investments.

What about my properties that are Section 8 (LMHA)?

LMHA will continue disperse payments to the previous property management company until instructed otherwise. This is changed by a change in ownership form. This is an item we address when onboarding new properties, We take the hassle out of getting payments directed to another source.

What if I do have lease agreements or keys?

Likely the resident will have retained a copy of their lease. If they have not, we will sign a new lease with the residents after a property inspection to ensure the home is being well maintained.

What if my properties are vacant?

If your properties are vacant we recommend changing locks, boarding up if neccessary, turning the water off at the meter, and making sure utilities are all on and furnace is operational. There is a multitude of disasters that can happen to properties that sit vacant to long. You do not want any damage done to your investments.

Do I need to do anything when switching Property Management?

We will handle contacting residents, previous management companies, obtaining lease agreements, and property inspections. As your full service property management company it is our job to make sure your property is performing and neccasary measures are taken if your property is in distress or currently being damaged. We can help guide you along the way wether your property would be a good long term hold, or if it would be wise to liquadate your investment depending upon your goals and what is best for you. We are a licensed brokerage and have the ability to liquadate your assets as well and manage them.
